Job Description
1. On-Site Technical Support - Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Set up and configure new equipment and systems at client locations.
2. Infrastructure Deployment & Maintenance - Install, configure, and test IT infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
- Conduct site surveys to assess technical requirements for new deployments.
3. User Support & Training - Assist end-users with technical issues and provide basic training on systems and tools.
- Maintain user access, permissions, and profiles via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
