We are looking for a proactive and resourceful
IT Field Support Engineer
to join our technical team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, providing critical on-site and remote technical assistance to our diverse SME client base. You will handle everything from hardware deployment and server maintenance to complex network troubleshooting, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients' business operations. Key Responsibilities
On-Site & Remote Support:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues.
Infrastructure Management:
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of server systems, focusing on
Windows Server
environments and
Synology NAS
solutions.
Network Administration:
Deploy and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including
FortiGate firewalls , managed switches, and Access Points.
Cloud & Productivity:
Manage and administrate
Microsoft 365
