Sletten Construction is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to support our Las Vegas office. The IT
Help Desk Technician will report to the System Administrator and the Division Manager and will assist in
daily information technology duties. This position requires a strong attention to detail with excellent
communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Accepting, reviewing and acting on help desk tickets
+ Providing an in-person or remote technical support through email, phone and web-based platforms
+ Pinpointing technical issues based on reported systems and diagnostic reports
+ Using remote-control software to actively repair user issues
+ Performing basic account management tasks, such as resetting passwords and adjusting key settings
+ Training new employees or users on new software or repair processes
