Job Description

Job responsibilities:
  • Provide technical service & troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and tablets
  • Utilize experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
  • Support end users for their daily PC usage problem
  • Job requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in Information Technology or IT related discipline
  • 2 years relevant experience in IT technical onsite support
  • Understanding of desktop, laptop and printer and networking
  • Will be exposure to handle some server administration tasks
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Fresh graduates with relevant IT Certifications are welcome
