Job Description

As an IT Helpdesk & Security Engineer at SEGA Europe Ltd , based in Sports Interactive (Stratford) , you will be the first line of technical assistance for studio staff, ensuring that all devices, accounts, and data remain secure and operational.

Working Model: On‑site (5 days per week)
Location: Here East, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E15 2GW

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Deliver technical support across multiple channels, including email, Microsoft Teams, the service desk platform, and in‑person interactions.
  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for user accounts and hardware deployment or recovery.
