Job Description
- Serve as a key member of the IT Operations team managing IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
- Govern and manage IT infrastructure services delivered by outsourcing partners and managed service providers, including contract and billing oversight
- Participate in infrastructure projects such as technology refresh, system upgrades, migrations, and development of new IT capabilities
- Support daily IT operations including incident management, service requests, change management, and application support
