Job Description
**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Performs entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flows
+ Support analysis of current vs future-state business processes
+ Help maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business cases
+ Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughs
+ Support It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
+ Assist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.
+ Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processes
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
