The IT Intern will support the IT department in various technical tasks, including software development, troubleshooting, network management, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• To troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues as needed.
• Manage IT assets, including hardware and software licensing. Ensuring accurate inventory records and proper life cycle management.
• Assist in creating and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
