Job Description

• Continuously and consistently write technical documentation, job aids, troubleshooting guides, and other IT artifacts as part of Knowledge Management.
• Responsible for implementing all IT tasks of Ground & Back Office Technology Services.
• Determine areas of opportunity for the IT operations and execute on the appropriate steps to improve on them.
• Lead periodic maintenance activities, implement various IT changes, and fulfill IT
• Respond to various IT Governance activities including Governance Reviews on server rooms, meeting rooms and other device compliance activities.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in team lead/Senior or Specialist.
