KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• IT Operations & Application Management
  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the IT Department.
  • Implement, support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications, including but not limited to SAP, CRM System, Corporate Websites, Spikerz and other business applications.
  • Ensure critical business systems remain available, stable, and secure.
  • Monitor application interfaces and data synchronization between systems, ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
  • Perform monthly SPSI data downloads and system closing activities.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide first-level support; escalate unresolved issues to HQ IT teams or vendors when necessary.
  • Manage software licensing, user access controls, and application role administration.
