Syntage is seeking an IT & Automation Manager to serve as the technical owner of our internal systems, IT infrastructure, and process automations. You will act as an internal consultant outlining high-level technical strategies, while also personally executing the hands-on development—including software integrations, AI adoption, and workflow automations. Additionally, you will manage the company’s foundational cybersecurity posture and day-to-day IT administration.Manage change adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support for newly implemented tools.
Design, build, and maintain system integrations across our Saa S ecosystem utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) or custom scripts (Python, Java Script).
Evaluate, test, and deploy AI tools to automate routine operational tasks.
