Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead technology operations across the regional network including retail points, logistics hubs, and corporate functions.
- Manage enterprise resource planning systems and business applications to enhance financial and operational reporting.
- Direct cybersecurity initiatives including risk assessments, incident response protocols, and data protection compliance.
- Oversee point-of-sale systems and digital tools to improve productivity within the commercial and retail environment.
- Manage external service providers and annual technology budgets while leading digital transformation projects.
Skills and Experience Required - Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting SAP / ERP systems especially SAP B1
- Experience in retail POS environment is preferred.
