Overview

Due to the expansion of our IT Department we are looking for a new team member to take on the role of Network Technician. This position is based onsite at our Head Office on the edge of the City Centre, but occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT assistance to our store network and head office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems.
• Liaise with end‑users to ensure issues are resolved.
• Offer helpdesk support on a variety of back‑office applications.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Set up new hardware and recycle old hardware.
• Approve permission change requests and manage starter and leaver processes.
