Role:Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their locationDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software systemsParticipate in project rollouts and deploymentsRequirements:2+ years of experience as a Desktop TechnicianTechnical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferredFamiliarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applicationsB2+ English requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as neededThis role is a Salary position with a targeted Monthly Gross Sala...
