The Economist in London is looking for an IT operations engineer to join a dynamic IT operations team. This role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers throughout EMEA, as well as engaging in ad-hoc projects that support The Economist’s infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery record, experience with Microsoft Windows systems, and excellent customer management skills. Knowledge of audio-visual systems and mobile technologies would be advantageous. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment.
