Job Description
Operations Executive (Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,500) Job Description: A. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support - Provide first-line technical support for clinic hardware, software, networks, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, Wi‑Fi, medical devices, and other IT equipment, both remotely and on‑site.
- Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and replace IT hardware and software, including operating systems, security patches, drivers, and applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, track equipment lifecycle, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
- Support backup, recovery, business continuity processes, and ensure compliance with IT security, cybersecurity, and access control policies. <...
