Job Description - Key member of IT Operations team that manages the Company's IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing.
- Manage and govern IT infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters.
- Manage or to be involved infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities.
- Part of the IT Operations team to perform daily BAU tasks such as managing incidents, fulfilment of Service Requests, change requests and application support.
- Work with relevant department(s) and users to lead the IT DR coordination, recovery strategy, planning and execution.
- Assist with IT audit management and matters.
- Ensure delivery and solution complies with internal policies, procedures, standards, and compliance requirements.
