Job Description
IT Planning Executive (Procurement) - Provide IT Procurement and Software Asset Management support
- Have 3 years ’experience in IT procurement
- Provide Data Entry for vendor management and entries/support
- Provide IT procurement costing/charges information and monitoring
- Provide customer satisfaction information and compliance report
- Provide IT training and support for junior staff/new hires when needed.
- Provide IT planning and strategies for Procurement activities
- Provide support for Information Strategy & Planning related activities as needed
- Ensure IT expenses according for filing and recording
- Ensure procurement and IT expenses issues are provided to Finance for timely payment processing
- Provide relevant IT data, coordinating, and reporting to Finance properly
