CANDIDATE MUST BE SERVING PERMANENTLY IN THE CIVIL SERVICE TITLE OF CERTIFIED IT ADMINISTRATOR (DATABASE) OR MUST HAVE FILED FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE EXAM NUMBER 6033.

The IT Project Coordinator will serve as the head of the project management team for the development of PavementWorks and the IT&T Liaison, responsible for attending the quarterly IT forums, as well as the IT Governance Designee responsible for submitting project requests and the IT governance process for the division. The candidate will represent the Division’s interests during the replacement process and coordinate the development with DOT’s IT group. Duties will include: supervision and oversight of efforts to review business requirements, ensuring that the Division’s position is accurately articulated; attending various meetings; preparation of written and oral progress reports; ensuring that high-level business requirements are translated into detailed functional specifications to faci...
