Marchon's healthcare client is hiring a highly motivated IT Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst (IT PM/BA) with experience leading large projects from inception to completion related to Case Management and/or Healthcare applications.  The IT PM/BA will be responsible for leading large projects for applications that support investigations, quality management, operations, and legal business units  as well as business processes related to these core functions including integrated systems. In this role, the IT PM/BA will work with stakeholders to initiate, plan and manage large projects to implement new or enhanced applications. This role will be responsible for creating/maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, coordinating resources, documenting requirements and facilitating communication.
