The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with regional application managers, software developers, business analysts, and IT teams to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure that all applications meet the highest quality standards. This position plays a key part in achieving our goal of delivering secure, stable, and user-friendly systems that enhance the overall customer experience.
