Overview of Responsibilities
The Hiring Manager manages the company's regulatory relationships with regulators. This role requires the team, on a rotating basis, to put together regulatory materials. She is responsible for how responses are written, what content is included, and for collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing input from various stakeholders across the firm. This includes sorting through information received.
The second major responsibility is ownership of technology policies and standards. This involves maintaining and updating formal policy documents published on internal websites. On an annual basis, these policies are continuously reviewed and refreshed in collaboration with the policy owners.
