We are looking for a IT Senior Infrastructure Specialist (Maintenance Project) to work on a enterprise project. This role requires someone who has experience in maintenance project. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of servers, network infrastructure, and related hardware and software systems
Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory and asset records
Perform daily monitoring and health checks of IT infrastructure and security systems
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, server, and network-related issues in a timely manner
Execute change management processes, ensuring all changes are properly tracked, documented, and supported with relevant documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW)
Respond promptly to service requests and incidents, providing effective technical resolutions and support
Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved and maintained
