Within the international IT department of ALDI SÜD, you are responsible for delivering high quality support by fulfilling the below tasks.
IT support of our European stores by phone and e-mail Analysing and working towards the resolution of emerging IT errors Record, track and follow up on incidents and requests Collaboration with training, quality and expert groups Installation of programs, data backup and support of technicians with remote access Testing of new hardware and software
