Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact with clients who need technical assistance via phone or email
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using different diagnostic techniques
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Install, configure, upgrade, PC software and operating systems
- Password administration and access support
- Conduct daily backup and restore of data files and systems
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Skills
- Sound technical knowledge of Windows-based Operating Systems and Microsoft desktop products
- Sound knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
