As our new IT Service Desk Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, supporting colleagues with technical issues through our service desk application and over the phone.

You’ll use your troubleshooting skills to assist with common IT problems, escalating more complex issues as needed. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, learning new technologies, and growing your IT expertise in a dynamic environment.

Some of your key responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to Scott Bader colleagues globally
Support and administer Office 365 and 3rd party applications, Windows servers, network and cloud infrastructure.
Complete regular logs, tasks, and reports to ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve 1st and 2nd Line incidents and service requests within the defined SLA.
