Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) Intern to join our dynamic IT team. The ITSM Intern will support our IT Service Management processes, tools, and functions, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT Services. Responsibilities: 1. Incident Management Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution. Perform analysis to identify incident trends. Review incidents to ensure that they are documented correctly as per the Incident Management process. Track and report all Incident Management in accordance to KPIs.
