  • To provide support to end users in resolving IT application incident/issue in accordance to sets of procedures (reading code/logs file/databases)
  • Track, follow-up, and resolve outstanding cases/ incidents in a timely fashion
  • Timely escalation to the application development team or vendors to ensure issues are resolved timely.
  • To proactively perform continuous process improvements as applicable
  • Creating and maintaining user manuals, technical manuals and support documentation according to best practices
  • Virtual meeting with senior to eliminate the outstanding incidents about the root cause and resolution

Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or above in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in basic knowledge in MySQL Query, Oracle, Microsoft applications
