The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Information Technology (IT) Specialist with responsibility for designing, writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex applications software that meets functional requirements. Responsibilities Performs analysis of complex user requirements and designs programs to support them. Serves as a team leader in applications programming/analysis projects. Troubleshoots and resolves complex application problems. Manages acquisition of IT assets and prepares supporting software system documentation.
