Job Responsibilities:

• Offer expertise in OMS implementation and support at our client's location.

• Assist with system logic, processes, and data for OMS-related projects and customer communications.

• Contribute to database and server OS upgrades, including OMS configuration and testing.

• Provide remote support services as needed.
