Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
• Good oral and written communications skills
• With at least 1-3 years of work experience
• Organized, and able to work independently
• Open to working with different members of the team, and has a high level of customer service
• Excellent understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
