Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support (hardware, software, network troubleshooting)
• Install and configure computers, systems, and user accounts
• Maintain IT equipment and system performance
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems (recording, playback, maintenance)
• Assist in network and connectivity issues
• Handle basic documentation and IT reports

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge in hardware, software, and networking
• Knowledge in CCTV/DVR/NVR is an advantage
• Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
