Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to support our client in the manufacturing industry. This role is highly hands-on and operationally critical, providing technical support to systems that directly impact warehouse and manufacturing operations.

The position follows an overnight schedule of 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off, and requires dependability and responsiveness in a production-driven setting. Training for the first two weeks will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide hands-on support and configuration for RF scanners used in warehouse and logistics operations

+ Troubleshoot and maintain Zebra label printers and related peripherals

+ Perform system imaging, device deployments, and updates using SCCM and/or Intune

+ Diagnose and resolve network-related issues including DNS, DHCP, Telnet, and SSH<...
