- Position Title: IT Support Engineer
- Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.00pm; Alternative Sat, 8.30am – 1.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support for users’ desktops, laptops, system/OA software, NAS, printers/MFP, backup facilities, and other related IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot computer network issues in a Windows domain environment, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, and Switch.
- Set up and administer corporate email systems, including Exchange Server, Outlook, and Mobile ActiveSync.
