IT Support Engineer

Requirements

• MS365 – Including admin skills for Exchange Online, Power BI, Teams, Entra, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Must have network experience (FortiGate, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti and DNS)
• Must have in-depth knowledge of MS Windows 11
• Be able to support, maintain and configure printers, mobile devices and VOIP phones
• Understanding of hybrid infrastructure in Microsoft environment
• Hardware and software troubleshooting and remediation as well as setting up new devices and supporting existing devices
• English and Afrikaans
• Must be admin orientated
• Advantageous: VMware, Rubrik, Mimecast, Send marc, Veeam
• Ad hoc duties
• Position will require supporting users remotely
