Job Description
- Basic: $2500 - $3000
- AWS + Variable Bonus
- Mon – Fri: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Location: Changi Area (2-way transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT)
Job Responsibilities - Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
- Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation.
- Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support.
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment.
- Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications.
- Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure.
- Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment.
