Job Description
Technical Support - Provide onsite and remote technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools.
- Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
