Job Scope

• Purchase, setup, install and/or support all servers, workstations and laptop, and office network, telecommunications and other peripheral hardware in a networked environment at all company site within the region. Include hardware and operating system software support
• Maintain WAN and internet connectivity of all company sites within the region, including Active Directory access, connectivity to corporate WAN, maintenance of regional user accounts, and maintenance of regional network resources
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backup, archiving and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain system documentation
• Oversees all help desk activities at the region level
