As part of strengthening our IT team, we are looking for an IT intern or apprentice to support user operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT environment across France and Italy.
You will work in a dynamic and international environment, supporting business-oriented users.
Main responsibilities
User support
- Handle requests via a ticketing system
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support:
- Collaborative tools (email, storage, calendar)
- Internal business tools
- Communication tools (chat, messaging)
- Apple environment (MacBook, iPhone)
- Diagnose and resolve incidents
- Escalate complex issues when needed
