Job Description

As part of the IT team, you will be involved in both user support (Level 1) and infrastructure/system administration (Level 2):

User Support (L1)


  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (hardware, software, network)

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents, ensuring fast and efficient support

  • Install, configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals

  • Manage user accounts, permissions and onboarding/offboarding processes

  • Log and track incidents through the ticketing system




System & Infrastructure (L2)


  • Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure performance and availability

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Participate in system updates, patches, and upgrades
