Role Overview

We are seeking a responsive and detail-oriented IT Support Officer to support operational incident management functions at the Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC). This role focuses on handling fault notifications, logging incidents, conducting preliminary checks, and ensuring proper escalation processes are followed.

  • Location: Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC)
  • Employment Type : Permanent, Shift-Based
  • Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Shift 1) or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Shift 2); 24/7 rotating schedule based on allocated shifts per month

  • Receive and acknowledge fault calls and fault locker notifications in a timely manner.
  • Log and track incidents into the system and raise support tickets accurately.
