ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT team at our Petaling Jaya branch. This is an entry‑level role ideal for a fresh graduate eager to grow in a hands‑on environment. You will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day IT matters, ensuring our internal teams can work smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first‑line IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, printers, and peripheral devices for new and existing employees.
• Support the installation and basic administration of business applications including Microsoft 365 and assist users with day‑to‑day operational queries.
