Key Responsibilities
IT Support Duties
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Maintain and update company IT asset records and software licenses.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security compliance.
Purchasing Duties
