Join our team as an IT Support Specialist , providing Level 1 & 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting with devices and video conferencing. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, service tickets, and basic infrastructure support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Your Main Tasks - Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore and Shanghai offices.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networks, and videoconferencing systems.
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
