Job Description

Responsible for end user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals. Diagnoses and troubleshoots all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices.

****The Hours and Days are as follows: Monday and Tuesday 11:30am to 8pm, Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm, Sunday 8am to 8pm (must be okay with these hours, this will all be Onsite). ****

Principal Accountabilities:


+ Manages multiple complex priorities and projects.

+ Provides configuration and or installations documenters to guide other technicians.

+ Provides timely resolution to all assigned calls and or tasks and escalates calls to the appropriate technical groups.

+ Acts as an ambassador of the department dealing with all customers in a professional manner.

+ Interacts with all ISS staff members to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of organizational hardware and software.
