POSITION INFO: Duties and Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, network and access-related issues promptly and professionally
- Set up, configure and maintain user devices including PCs, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, network equipment and IT infrastructure under senior IT guidance
