I’m supporting a growing, international organisation looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide interim support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day IT support across a multi-site user base.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st & 2nd line support via tickets, phone, Teams and walk-ups
Troubleshoot hardware, software and end-user issues across laptops, mobile devices and applications
Monitor and manage tickets within a service desk system, ensuring SLAs and response times are met
Set up and configure new user devices and accounts
Work closely with wider IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
Support continuous improvement of the service desk and user experience
