IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support of an extensive IT landscape that relies on on-premise services as well as cloud services (mainly Office 365, Azure)
• Evaluation, testing and integration of new software solutions as part of independent projects
• Creating and maintaining system documentation, including configuration details, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Monitoring, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the central infrastructure as well as 2nd level support
• Onboarding of new devices in the OT environment

Your Profile

• Completed higher IT education (University, FH) or relevant practical experience, e.g. from a job in the field of IT infrastructure or system administration
• Knowledge of Windows server environments, infrastructure, and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Motivated to work independently in a varied IT infrastructure landscape
