This role is ideal for a technically versatile professional who enjoys working across systems, networks, and user-facing technologies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Provide 1st-2nd level of support for user technical issues or IT incidents. Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system. Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.
