Role: IT Tech Support Analyst
Direct Responsibilities
- Use your technical expertise to support the Team in ongoing activities
- Application setups and interface configurations
- Assist with issues analysis, troubleshooting and fix
- Monitor and maintain stable application platforms in DEV, SIT, QA, UAT, STG and Prod
- Aligning with Project Team for technical tasks related to project delivery
- Analyze, Track and manage Production Incidents/problem tickets
- Co-ordinate with Development team for issue fixes, delivery, testing and deployment to Production
- Change Request preparation and related tasks
- Analyze and Manage dependencies within different components and systems
